In the event your insured keys are lost, stolen, accidentally broken, or locked inside your principal home or vehicle, contact our dedicated helpline straightaway on 01480 775069.

Please have ready your policy number, the name of your insurance intermediary, and the scheme reference number FLISCH1000. This helpline is open 24/7, all calls are recorded for training purposes. You may alternatively notify claims by email to: claims@soterps.com.

Please note the following important information:

  1. Provide the full address and postcode of your home, vehicle details, and as much information as possible about the incident to help us advise and assist effectively.
  2. Do not instruct a locksmith or incur any costs before our agreement; otherwise, costs may not be covered.
  3. Authorised repairers will aim to carry out repairs within given timescales but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or demand.
  4. If repair costs exceed the insurer’s limit, you may proceed with the authorised repairer at your own expense for any additional costs.
  5. No cover is provided for incidents occurring before the start date of insurance, within the first ten days, or reported more than 30 days after discovery.
  6. If we cannot cover your claim, you may still arrange repair under a separate agreement at your own cost.
